Registration Fees Include
- Participation in all Scientific Sessions (Talks, Poster Sessions and Workshop)
- Book of Abstracts (electronic/ digital version)
- Conference Materials
- Certificate of Attendance
- Opening Reception (Day 1 - July 5th)
- Coffee Breaks and Lunches (Day 2-5 – July 6th/ 9th)
- Conference Dinner (Day 3 – July 7th)
Not included: accommodation, evening meals except social events (Opening reception, Conference dinner), printed version of book of abstracts.
* Student status should be confirmed.
All services should be requested at the online registration form.
The secretariat will send a confirmation mentioning all the requested services by email. Please note that registration will only be valid upon payment.
Skyros-Congressos can handle all the hotel accommodation requirements for VoM 2020 participants. Accommodation can be booked at the registration form. The hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Skyros-Congressos will not be able to guarantee rooms after June 7th, 2021.
All changes or cancellations must be addressed in writing to the secretariat Skyros-Congressos by e-mail.
The following cancellation fees will be applied:
- Before May 10th 2021: full refund, deducted of an handling fee of 60 €.
- From May 11nd to June 7thst 2021: 50% refund.
- After June 7yh 2021: no refund will be granted.
All reimbursements will take place only after the conference.
Registration changes will be accepted until June 26th, 2021. After this date and on-site will be charged 50€ per change.
Any change or cancellation must be informed in writing to Skyros-Congressos by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
During the registration process, if the invoice is to be issued on behalf of another entity, it must be indicated before you finish and pay your registration. Otherwise the invoice will be issued on behalf of the participant.
The on-site Secretariat will only issue receipts for services requested on-site.
Receipt changes will only be allowed if requested during the period of 30 days after the issue of the first document and only before or after the Congress never on-site.
All certificates are digital and will be sent by e-mail, until 30 days after the event ending.
After this term Skyros-Congressos is not responsible for sending certificates.

For security reasons, the Secretariat will not accept payments in cash or personal checks.

We will endeavour to present the program advertised. However, VoM2020 reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items relating directly or indirectly to the conference.
The organizers do not accept liability for personal accident, loss, or damage to private property incurred as a result of participation in the VoM2020. Participants are advised to arrange appropriate insurance to cover travel, cancellation costs, medical, and theft or damage of belongings.
By taking part in this event you grant the organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions/adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases, etc.
Exclusion of Liability
The Organizers reserve the right to alter time schedules, defer the Congress date or change the venue in case the event become hindered by unforeseeable events with damage, destruction or public health danger caused by any natural causes, war, public enemy or other acts beyond the Organizers’ control and without the Organizers’ fault or negligence; If such contingencies occur, the Organizers will inform the participants immediately in order to reduce all losses. Please note that the written notice shall not construe this termination notice as a right to a possible claim, of whatever nature, in respect with damage and/or compensation. The participants shall have no recourse whatsoever to any legal action against the Organizers as our first premises will always be to protect the participants.
